I really enjoyed discovering and reading an article entitled 'How awe can improve our health and well-being' in the March edition of
newsletter. I think it fits beatifully with the proactive aspect of Theme 2 by focusing on moments of awe and wonder. I always make a point, while training Protective Behavious, that people need opportunities to practise the skill of talking and awesome moments can enable this. Evidence now shows acknowledging moments of awe and wonder improves health and well-being.
