The Training Room is now open

At the most recent PBPeople meeting a request was made by the team for an area of the site to be constructed for publicly-accessible PB-consistent resources.

This area is now open, and has been given the name Training Room . All resources here are made available on a free-to use basis, and we'd be grateful if an acknowledgement could be made to both the author and this site when they are used for training purposes. Where the author is known and contactable all permission for publication has been received, and we are really grateful to those who have entered into the community spirit this site is promoting and shared their precious thoughts and ideas freely for the benefit of all.

We also invite anyone to submit or make suggestions about any new resources that could go into this area - the Resources section of the Forum (that this post is in) would be the best place to do this.

Over time the Training Room will build into a valuable library of on-line (and therefore searchable) PB-consistent material.

The Training Room is also acts as the portal for an area dedicated to supporting all PB Trainers and Trainee Trainers. To access this you will need to be a registered Trainer/Trainee with the site.

Great idea. Am not sure what the difference is between resources and theis new post? Do you want stories etc to go here as well?

Hi Di, apologies for not being clear. The Training Room I was referring to is the part of the site accessed from the main site menu, and will be the permanent library of site-based resources. At the moment we've subdivided into Poems, Stories and Articles but there will undoubtedly be more, such as Videos and perhaps links to external sources.

The part of the Forum this post is in is for any discussion about resources in general - it could be suggestions for new ones to add to the Training Room, or maybe raising awareness of other sources.

Wondering if a clearer heading might be Library. It seems this is to be a library of books, ideas etc that people can use both as trainers and as practitioners using the process. Just a thought.
Am happy if you decide to leave it as it is.
