Thanks for highlighting this article Ann - it certainly confirmed many of the observations I have when out shopping and listening to the things people say. On some recent training I was really keen to provide scenarios that didn't detail the gender of the people involved, BUT it wasn't long before people made assumptions and started to describe people as either 'he' or 'she'. One of the things that I love about PBs is that it asks us all to see people as people first.
