Well Well well!!! I was astonished to read your post Sally Ann where you say how you used to say things 'becasue Di said so'. Am Sooooo chuffed to hear this has changed because otherwise you would be swearing and getting into all sorts of strife with language (and actions) all over the place. Tee Hee

LOVE the discussion about PB or PBs. From memory I have always talked about the PBs process and used the term PBs most of the time. However thought I used the term PB people but maybe this is my ageing memory. I do know I have spoken against using the term PB instead of PBs and this has always been about the flow. Simon I really appreciate your deeper analysis. Hmmm PB or PBs probably inconsistant but does this really matter? For me it is certainly about how it flows. Totally agree, the apostrophe looks really odd to me too.

Wow - can't believe this initial post was over 13 years ago and how chuffed I feel that it's still there and relevant. (I've just sent the link to a couple of people to illustrate how there is no need for an apostrophe!)
Also great to have Di's words on record - really miss being able to have new conversations and cherish the old. And can see how language changes over time as I now always say the PB process rather than the PBs process as PB stands for Protective Behaviours so no need to add an 's', however I still say PBs rather than PB - wondering when that might change? ;)
