Hi There,
Been meaning to add this for a while now and feeling chuffed that have got to this item on my 'to do' list today.
A good friend of mine gave me the picture below to illustrate the various bits and bobs that I associate with feeling safe. And I was reminded recently during training when trying to help someone use 'safe place' that, for some people, seeing it in a illustrated form can be really helpful. So thank you 'H' for taking the time and effort to capture my 'Safe Place' and providing a visual anchor for me. I think your creativity, not to mention attention to detail, is fantastic :kiss:
