I have just come back from a stimulating and interesting time at the Women of the World Festival at the Southbank in London :) One of the many discoveries I made was a children's bookseller called Letterbox Library who are a leading supplier of multicultural, gender equality and special issue books for children who have been celebrating equality and diversity for over 30 years. I am wondering if anyone knows of them/their books? If you are interested here's the link:

One of the books on the stall was called "Great Big Book of Families" which showed through lovely illustrations all the different permutations of what a family can be/look like. There is another in this series called "Great Big Book of Feelings" which unfortunately they didn't have a copy I could look at, but if it is as well done as the Families one could be a valuable resource.

From the books I saw on the stall and quick look at their website I think they are well worth checking out if you don't already know them.
