Training - a new idea! was created by Sally Ann Hart
Simon Sneath and Sally Ann Hart have arranged some further training in Northamptonshire designed to help more people access 4 day Specialist Practitioner training and/or 'refresh' their Foundation Protective Behaviours training. This will take place on May 7th, 8th, 21st and 22nd at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Corby. This will the first time that the day 1 of this course will also be offered as either a stand-alone 1 day PB Refresher, for people who have already completed 2 day Foundation Training, or as a Day 1 of a modular version of Specialist Practitioner course. This means the Refresher day course will be certificated by the Protective Behaviours Training Partnership and will also count as a credit, valid for 12 months, for those wishing to attend a future PB Specialist Practitioner Course as part of the Protective Behaviours Training Partnership PB training pathway This also means attendance for days 2, 3 and 4 of the course would be required for completion and we will apply a corresponding 25% reduction in cost.

As before, the 4-day PB Specialist Practitioner Course is a pre-requisite for anyone considering training to become a PB Trainer and we feel hopeful that by presenting a more flexible way of attending PB Specialist Practitioner training more people will have the opportunity to complete this course and thereby also access PBTP Train the Trainer training.

If you would like to attend either the 1 day Refresher or 4 day Specialist Practitioner course please visit the course details pages in the Events section on the Protective Behaviours Training Partnership website, complete the relevant booking form and return as soon as possible. All places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

We really hope to meet some of you we have ‘plerked’ with before as well as some PB people who are new to us.
